
What Happens to Chemical Engineering Education
Dr. E. L. Cussler
Dr. Edward L. Cussler, is Distinguished Institute Professor, in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, at the University of Minnesota. His degrees are from Yale University (with honors) and the University of Wisconsin. From 1989-95 he served as Director, Vice President, and President of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and presently is an Associate Editor of the AIChE Journal. He is the author/coauthor of five textbooks, and over 180 publications. His technical expertise includes separation processes, and membranes. He has been honored with the AIChE Alan P. Colburn Award, and numerous teaching awards.
