2005 Omega Chi Epsilon
Outstanding Teacher Award Winner

The students of the OSU Omega Chi Epsilon chapter named Dr. J. Robert Whiteley as the OSU Professor of the Year.  Omega Chi Epsilon is the national chemical engineering honorary society.

Rob was honored for his contributions to the design rate operations courses, where he was applauded for his ability to bring the real world into the classroom, sustain high expectations for student performance, and provide helpful coaching for the students.

The award was presented to Dr. Whiteley by 2005-2006 Omega Chi Epsilon President Jessica Mack.
